<p>In the light of the actual situations in the construction of the breakwater and the prefabrication of Core-Loc Units for<br /> a deep water container terminal in Pakistan and based on the field surveys of some local projects in Pakistan，the five main<br /> factors，such as manpower, machinery，material，methodology and environment, which affect the quality of the precast<br /> Core-Loc Units，were analyzed. On the basis of the analyses，different counter-measures and implementing procedures to<br /> fulfill them were formulated，gaining experience for similar future works.</p>
