在设计施工总承包模式下，总承包人以无边界管理法统筹管理设计与施工。通过总结探析具体的管理方
法，有助于增强企业竞争力，提高企业人员管理水平，为企业良好发展打下基础。

In a design and building mode，a general contractor uses edgeless management method to manage the design and
building. By summarizing and analyzing management methods in detail， the general contractor could enhance the
competitiveness of the enterprise，improve the management level of his staff，and lay a sound foundation for the development of
the enterprise.
