Take the stainless steel/carbon steel metal composite materials as an example，this paper discusses the feasibility
for long-term use the anticorrosive metal composite materials in marine environment. The results show that this material has
good corrosion resistance in the marine gas accumulating area and the splash area，which has significant using effects；But
when the material in the water table fluctuation area，a effective measure （such as cathodic protection） must be adopted to
eliminate the bimetallic corrosion between the base material and composite material in order to ensure the using effects of the
composite materials in the area.
