Abstract:The shear strength commonly used for stability analysis of a slope during construction is analyzed;for the strength
of foundation soil during construction period,the effect of consolidation caused by dead weight should be considered besides
the effect of consolidation caused by fill,and it is recommended to use the strength calculated by considering the consolida原
tion degree of fill weight and self-weight respectively. In addition,calculating the strength with vertical additional stress does
not conform to the limit state design approach and it is considered that the stress state for stability analysis should be boundary
state of stress,it is more reasonable to make calculation by using soil bounds gravity
