Abstract：This paper takes Jiubao Bridge for example to make a comparative analysis of the walking-style horizontal pushing
technology and the traditional drag-type construction technology. The innovative use of “walking-style horizontal pushing
technology”to install three spans with arches in one process makes a breakthrough of the traditional drag-type construction
technology and ensures the quality of the bridge construction and the completion of Jiubao Bridge within the specified con原
struction period.
