Abstract:Concrete-filled steel tube arch bridge is widely applied in engineering construction of China in the past two
decades. However the research about it is still not enough. In the construction process of the landmark building at Xianren
island in Yingkou Port,high performance concrete of self-compacting,shrinkage compensating and lower slump loss was
prepared and a new construction method of lift-up pumping and pouring the concrete from four inlets at the same time was
used according to the characteristics of the concrete-filled steel tube arch bridge and the performance requirements of concrete
for the bridge,which were systematic studied in the paper. The engineering practice has proved that the technology was
successful.
