Abstract：Along with the trend of ocean-going ships becoming larger and large and the port development going farther off原
shore, the conditions for port construction becomes more complicated. Meanwhile，the requirements for construction period，
quality and cost are higher and higher. The coal wharf and its jetty for Hongshan Thermal Power Plant faces directly the Tai原
wan Strait with severe natural conditions and the wharf is a fully open to the sea. The project is executed with the EPC man原
agement mode，which is clear in responsibilities，fixed in contract prices and efficient in project management，displaying
fully its advantages in the project construction.
