Abstract：During the processes of design, construction and maintenance for the Xinliuhe shoal protection and Nanshatou gul原
ly discharge control projects of south and north channel bifurcation in Yangtze river estuary deep channel, dynamic manage原
ment is carried comprehensively and scientifically to guarantee the successful completion of project, and achieve the expected
effect. It is a successful practice for dynamic management in regulating the Yangtze River estuary, and accumulated a wealth of
project management experiences.
