Abstract：At present, many of the large oil terminals can only be used for large tankers when discharging oil, the same struc原
tures can not be able to meet the berthing requirements of small tankers for loading oil. This project will make proper changes
to the existing butterfly-type wharf，and use the breasting dolphin plus fender dolphin approach. In this way, not only will the
main structure become suitable for small tanker berthing, but its mooring pier will also satisfy the berthing requirements of
small oil tankers.
