Abstract：The problems for bearing empty ring （that is, it has hollowing under plate, and has empty ring when knock it） of
the precast box girder of Beijing-Shanghai express railway is common problems. It undoubtedly represents a threat to the
security of high-speed train. This paper analyzes the reasons of the Bearing empty ring and puts forward some corresponding
preventive measures, and receives good effects.
