Through the options for durability design schemes of jetty concrete，according to the technical and economic comparison
between epoxy-coated steel for the reinforcement of concrete and high-performance concrete and the actual construction
technology in China，feasible and reliable option for durability design of jetty concrete is brought forward. It is proved by the
actual project that the application of epoxy coated rebar is the effective measure to improve the life of jetty supported by piles，
which can also reduce the cost during the design life.
