In order to speed up the construction progress and reduce the project cost，a new type prestressed steel case is de原
veloped and applied by prestressing and relaxing to realize assembly and dismantling in the integrated hub lock project of Xi原
angjiang in Changsha. Combining with the concrete example of the integrated hub lock project of Xiangjiang in Changsha，it
elaborates on the production points，construction technology and some problems that should be paid attention in the construc原
tion process of the prestressed steel case. Applying prestressed steel case to the underwater platform construction in the up原
stream and downstream approach channel achieved the desired results.
