Abstract：Through the analysis of the marine dumping ground in Guangdong，it shows that a great quantity dredged materi原
als dumping in sea area of Guangdong. But marine dumping ground faces the difficult of elect site and management，dumping
ground layout is unreasonable and it has small environment capacity. For the marine dumping problems，the paper make some
countermeasures from a management and technology.
