To validate the calculated value of the rolling resistance coefficient of air-bags using J. Halling resistance formula
for the cylindrical roller rolling on the plane，the results of calculation and tests of the rolling resistance for transporting cylinder by air-bags are compared and analyzed，which showed that the calculated value of the air-bags Rolling Resistance Coefficient using J.Halling formula can meet the practical construction process.
