By using fly ash, slag powder, limestone powder, and silica fume，high performance self-compacting concrete for
marine structures is developed to study its shrinkage property. The results show that addition of fly ash and limestone powder can reduce the autogenous shrinkage and dry shrinkage of high performance self-compacting concrete for marine structures，thus producing lower shrinkage high-performance self-compacting concrete and improving its crack resistance.
