Combining with the construction of the main bridge of Fuyuanlu Xiangjiang bridge in Changsha, the challenges in
jacking construction and overall construction process are analyzed. The finite element software Midas/Civil is adopted to simu late the integral jacking construction of porous beam-arch composite bridge and the research on the stresses of jacking con struction are carried out. The result shows that the jacking construction program of the bridge is reasonable.
